Wales U20s player lucky to get just a yellow for this 'Doomsday' tackle

Harrison Keddie can't have much to complain about with a yellow for one of the most obviously dangerous - albeit unintentional - tackles you likely to see on England U20s outhalf Matt Protheroe.

We'd also like to know what the TMO's definition of going beyond the horizontal is, because surely if someone lands on their head they'd have to have gone beyond it?  Probably worth reminding ourselves that Vincent Clerc landed flat on his back when Sam Warburton earned a red in RWC2011.
