Toulon and sometime Australian utility back James O'Connor has confirmed that a episode of ill health on a team bus that was reported as a heart attack was in fact an combination of hypoglycemia and fatigue.

Teammate Mamuka Gorgodze administered first aid after the talented Australia become dramatically unwell while on a team bus journey after Toulon played Oyonnax. It was intially widely reported as a heart attack.
