A former Olympic sprinter has some interesting advice for rugby players
The Wasps boys being put through their paces by Darren Campbell.
Over the last number of years professional sides are increasingly seeking out specialist coaching - particularly in relation to increasing sprinting speed and efficiency of running.
Most notably Margot Wells has worked with Haskell, Mike Brown and Cipriani among others, and more recently Marlin Devonish has coached at Gloucester (video included).
Former European champion - who clocked a 100m PB of 10.03 seconds has been coaching Wasps and he has some interesting observation on the difference between professional sprinters and professional rugby.
Campbell - who has also coached Sale and Saracens - was interviewed while at Wasps and it's worth a watch. CREDIT: Wasps
