EXCLUSIVE: Ireland's RWC squad has been leaked and it will shock you

EXCLUSIVE: A shock leaking of Ireland's Rugby World Cup squad has called into question what exactly Ireland's selection criteria for the sport's premier event are.

Not only are many players either long retired from the sport or no longer considered to being incontention - some aren't even qualified to play for Ireland.

Ireland has also failed to select 31 players, choosing instead to select 22.

FORWARDS: Marcus Horan, Jerry Flannery, John Hayes, Paul O'Connell, Donncha O'Callaghan, Alan Quinlan, David Wallace, Denis Leamy, Frankie Sheehan, Mick O'Driscoll (c), Tony Buckley, Donncha Ryan

BACKS: Denis Hurley, Doug Howlett, Rua Tipoki, Lifeimi Mafi, Ian Dowling, Ronan O'Gara, Peter Stringer, Paul Warwick, Keith Earls

But perhaps the biggest shock to emerge from the leak - is that the side is actually being coached by former Ireland and Munster head coach Declan Kidney.

We understand a likely starting XV will look something like this.
